Meet the Owner
Shiwan "Moon" Haynes is the owner of Sage Moon Wellness located in Charlotte, NC. Moon is a licensed massage therapist, and has enjoyed helping women on their journey to a pain-free living.
She has lived in Thailand for 4 years where she learned Thai massage, which is a holistic therapy that can help relieve symptoms of physical pain such as muscle soreness to alleviating emotional stressors like anxiety and depression.
She now shares her knowledge with women who are seeking a different approach to healing their body, mind and spirit from the root, and bring peace & balance into every aspect of their life.
